My first impression wasn’t great. The selection was really small, and I couldn’t find a lot of the usual stuff I normally look for. It felt disappointing right away.

The order itself was totally fine, but the shipping took way longer than I expected and it just kind of sat there for over a week with barely any updates, so I kept checking and wondering what was going on, which was frustrating honestly.

I tried using the promo code at checkout, but of course it never applied for me. I was expecting the discount to show up, and instead I just ended up paying full price. Frustrating when you think you’re getting a deal and then it doesn’t work

I knew quickly this wasn’t going well. My payment failed twice for no clear reason, and then my whole cart just emptied. At that point, I was done.

I was kind of confused when my order arrived. Some of the items were wrong, and one thing was missing completely. At first I thought maybe I’d misread something, but even the packing slip didn’t match what I actually ordered. I get that mistakes happen, and I’m usually patient about delays or little issues, but this just felt like a basic thing to get right. Now I have to go back and forth over email to sort it out, which is frustrating. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not a good one either...

I went on Better Health Store hoping I’d find some good deals, but the prices just felt too high. A lot of the stuff I normally buy was cheaper on other sites or even at local stores. Once shipping got added, it was like I was stuck choosing between overpaying or just giving up on the order. I really wanted to like the site, but the value wasn’t there for me, and I don’t see myself ordering again unless the prices get better.

Just a heads up to anyone thinking about ordering — my return was processed, but I’m still waiting on my refund. It’s been dragging on way longer than expected, so be careful if you might need to return something.

Ordered an item because the site said it was in stock, so figured everything was good. Paid for it and then found out it wasn’t actually available.
Pretty frustrating, especially when you’re planning around getting it. Really need to keep their inventory updated better because it ended up wasting my time.

I had a question about my order and, i was already kind of tired of dealing with customer service stuff. But they got back to me fast and were actually helpful. It wasn’t totally perfect, but they sorted it out without making it a whole thing, so overall I’d say it was a good experience.

The staff was super nice and helpful, but dang, the prices were higher than I expected. Not a bad store overall, just a little steep for me.

The site was fine for basic shopping, and I did eventually find most of what I needed. Pages loaded alright and checkout wasn’t a problem, but it definitely felt like one of those sites where you have to bring extra patience whether you want to or not.

The menu felt a little all over the place, and the search results weren’t always useful, so I ended up clicking around more than I should have. It’s not awful, but it’s clunky enough that I caught myself getting annoyed at having to be so patient just to do a simple order.

Ordered a few vitamins and snacks, and everything showed up in good shape and packed nicely. Nice. The only downside was the shipping cost, which felt a little high unless you add more to your cart. Oof. Not a dealbreaker, but it definitely made me pause before checking out. Overall, still a good experience...

I went in with a few simple questions about supplements, but the staff didn’t really seem to know much. One person told me one thing and someone else gave me a different answer, which was sooo frustrating. I wasn’t asking anything complicated, so I left feeling a bit disappointed.

Got my milk and greens, and yeah, they were fresh enough. Nothing amazing, but no real complaints either.

The box arrived all crushed up, which was frustrating. I mean, the packaging just didn’t seem sturdy at all, and I was surprised it even made it here like that. The product might be okay, but the way it was packed was really disappointing

I just stopped in recently and they had my usual vitamins in stock when a couple other places didn’t. after this last trip, this is probably the first place I’ll check for supplements from now on

I ordered a few groceries for local delivery, and they did show up the same day, just later than the time I’d picked. One item was out of stock and I didn’t really get a clear update about it, which was a little annoying. Most of the stuff was packed well though. I like that they have a good mix of natural and organic products, and the prices seem reasonable. Shipping took a little longer than I was hoping for, but it was fine. Totally fine. Overall, not a bad experience.

I’ve ordered from Better Health Market a few times now, and overall it’s been good. Some of the stuff I got was fresh and really nice quality, but one snack I tried tasted a little stale. It wasn’t nothing awful, and I can’t say I wouldn’t order again, but it did make the experience feel a bit hit or miss. I’d probably stick with brands I already know next time.
